Adriana Miranda de Castro

Born in Santiago/Chile. He studied Anthropology (UAHC), where he investigated the demand for autonomy of the Rapa Nui people. He has a master's degree in Integrated Coastal Management in Uruguay (MCISur-UDELAR). His doctoral studies address governance in protected areas in Chile and Uruguay. She is a professor at the Centro Universitário Regional do Leste (UDELAR). She works alongside the fishing families of Laguna de Rocha, advising their association, APALCO, and the gastronomic cooperative Cocina de la Barra, which trained fisherwomen as leaders and improved their socioeconomic conditions.
